Amazon Prime Account

I went to login to our amazon account this morning and they have NO record of our account. It is very confusing since I had deliveries just even yesterday and email conformations.
Has this happened to anyone else?
It's like my account disappeared over night.

Weird. Do you have the app or 2 factor ID set up?

I have the app and it's completely gone there as well. It's saying my account doesn't even exists.

You probably have a typo in your email address.
Also... Call Amazon

No typo,
I called and they have no record of the account. Even when I gave them an order number from something that was delivered yesterday.

Do you have a device (Roku, Firestick) logged in to Amazon Prime?

I had my apple tv logged in and that is gone as well.

Really strange, have never had something like this happen with our account.
May be time to contact any credit card you have saved on there and start getting new cards issued. You should also change the password for any other accounts that use the same e-mail address & password combination.

Honestly me either. I've had the amazon account for about 10 years and never had an issue until today.

We had an odd occurrence a couple of months ago; we have been Prime members for about 5-6 years now. Wife's acct is the primary Prime account and mine is added in under the family sharing.
Got charged our annual membership fee. The next month we get charged the monthly Prime fee, but it doesn't show up on her account or mine. A week or so later, my Amazon photos app tells me I am over my storage limit, and that I can either pay X a month or join Prime.
Log in to my account on the desktop and it acts like I'm not a Prime member, even though I show up on wife's family sharing account. Call Amazon and they fix it, but no explanation of what happened.

Just over a year ago my buddy gave me his credit card to buy equipment for project i was doing for him. Had previously done this for him. Well he didnt realize the charges on his bill and disputed with CC company. My amazon account showed same symptoms you have, and had to seal with amazon support to get it all cleared up with order #s and charges, then pay for it myself and get reimbursed by buddy. Was areal PITA since smart devices were under my account

You might want to go to haveibeenpwned and check if your email and password have been leaked somewhere. If they were able to get into your email and you use the same password for your Amazon acct, they could have logged you out and changed your account details. The account might still be there but it's now in their hands.
As someone earlier said you probably should check credit cards, bank accounts etc. anything that's associated with your Amazon acct. and anything that's associated with your email.
It could be some weird thing on Amazon's end but it sounds a little like someone has gained access to your account and possibly your email. If that's the case set up 2FA on everything you can. Start locking things down now before it's too late.

You need to sign out all other devices and change the password on that account and set up 2FA. Then go through all other possible accounts that could be accessed through your email (Online banking, credit cards, insurance, anything with your cc# stored or personal info like your ssn) and do the same. Different passwords for each with 2FA.
Also when you call Amazon back make sure you report suspected fraud. The regular customer service people aren't great, the fraud department will be much more helpful. It's possible they've been buying things all day with your account.
You may not do much with your email but if someone has logged in to your account, there's really no way to tell what else they have access to. It's probably best to assume the worst in a case like this. You might even want to let friends, family, coworkers know in case they've gotten any suspicious emails from you lately.
