As said they "closed" my acct because it got hacked. I have talked to a "red dot" 5 times with no success on getting it back, they just say it has been closed.

I spend $1,000 + a month, and a user since they sold their first book.

Anybody have a phone number, or good on line tech support email for Amazon ? I cant log in, so I cannot reach the online tech support.

Only phone number I have for them is 888-280-4331

Beers are on me.

Yes I have, it does not recognize my email so I cannot do anything.

I cannot proceed or get info or anything.

But Amazon, does have my email because they continue to send me sales, bull shite.

All login/info menus do not recognize my email

Who told you your account was closed? Whoever hacked your account may have just changed the email address it goes to. I would freeze/cancel all the credit cards you had set up in Amazon so they can't order a bunch of things that you pay for.

Yes there were 3 charges on my CC for $1.09, they have been credited by my bank.

Amazon email below......... this is the response I get from Amazon, after a 30 min phone call with them.

Hello,

After a review of your details, we have determined it is necessary to close your Amazon.com account. Any pending orders have been canceled.

We may not reply to further emails about this issue.

Sincerely,
Account Specialist

Create a new account with them. Problem solved.

And setup two-factor authentication this time.

^can't stress this enough, settimg up something with an authenticator app, or sending a confirmation code to your phone/email works wonders.

Any login you don't recognize you can simply deny access.

Not gonna work dude. Your account may be locked, "removed", or whatever, but it still exist in their database and you wont be able to use the same email address to create another account since there is likely a unique index/constraint on email addys. Even if you could create a new account with the same email address it wouldn't come preloaded with the old account info, lol. You can set up a new account with a different email and start over, but if you want your old one back you need to talk to Amazon. Aint no body here can help you.

If I try to log in to change my password,

the log in ID, my email, field shows,

sinedugrobra-4526@yopmail.com, no thats not me

I cannot delete it from the field

Amazon has frickED up.

Just setup a new account. You'll lose your order history, but does that matter?

"Just setup a new account. You'll lose your order history, but does that matter?"

As said I order a lot of shite from Amazon,
Fishin, boatin, campin, house, travel.

If I ordered 3, 1/2 x 6 ss flat carriage head bolts or garbage bags, 3/8 inch flared gas fittings, 6 months ago, or L/V landscape light bulbs it knows what brand/type I previously bought thru the order history

Order history saves time and $$$

Yea, baller problems

I know you think you didn't, thats why the phishing worked on you. Doesnt matter how long or complex it is if you give it away.
