I need to allow non-Google users to upload documents to a folder in my Google Drive. I have shared the folder with them and made them an editor. I have shared a link with them and changed the restrictions to anyone can edit. However, it still doesn't allow them to make changes, just view/download.

How do I remedy this problem? Thanks.
