3 way smart switch with no neutral

I made an error and thought we had neutral wires running to our 3 way switches. It appears we do not. Is there a smart switch that can be part of a 3 way connection but not require a neutral?

Lutron caseta that uses a hub doesn't need a neutral. The dimmer switches. Not sure about a 3 way. I would have to check.
Looks like some of their switches that don't have dimmer function require neutral. Would the dimmer version work for you? You could put a wireless pico remote switch in place of your second switch.

Third vote for lutron caseta - re-did every switch in the house about 5 years ago, been flawless.

The wiring configuration is you have is called a California 3 way and they are no longer permitted in code. We found a bunch on them in our house during our remodel and had to have them rewired.
