Seattle might have something in Alec Diaz. The 16 year old grabbed his first professional goal last week and followed that up with a goal and 2 assists vs. Tulsa last night. Diaz has a very well-rounded game which is rare to see in someone so young. Exciting player. LINK

The US U17s came away with a huge result today in England, defeating Brazil 3-2. DC United's Griffin Yow opened the scoring (has now scored in back to back games), with Seattle's Alfonso Ocampo and NYCFC's Joe Scally scoring the 2nd and 3rd goals respectively. Great win ?????? LINK

Did he have a set back? Because we are approaching a year and a half recovery for his ACL. He should be playing games by now, really.

I think he was exclusively a defender until this year, where he's been mostly a winger for the U19s. But in the first team friendly he recently played, he was back as a defender.

Big congrats to US U19 international Sergino Dest on making his debut with Jong Ajax today. Dest started and played 82 minutes at right back in their 2-1 loss to Jong PSV. The 17 year old has been brilliant so far in 2018. Nice to see him get rewarded for his good form. LINK
