Congratulations to American goalkeeper Ethan Horvath who had a tough season with Club Brugge but managed to get back onto the field for the last two games and played today in a 1-1 draw with Standard Liege which clinched the Belgian title.

At Half walking back into the tunnel Ashley Cole was screaming at Reggie Cannon. I could hear Cole shout “Can you speak!? Huh?!” The whole time Cannon tried to push him away.

Reggie Cannon
@ReggieCannon15
Work until your idols become your rivals.
Cannon is a 19 year old RB for Dallas. Has started every game for them this season.

He’s had a great season.
Man, FC Dallas’ academy is so damn good at developing players. They just reload. No academy in the US is better at taking young players from an early age and turning them into future pros. Oscar Pareja and Fernando Clavijo deserve a ton of credit. All they need is a USL team, which is coming soon, after they finish stadium renovations.
The only MLS academy that compares to Dallas right now is NYRB. They are great at taking raw, talented 18-year olds, putting them through the USL pipeline, and spitting them out as seasoned, MLS-ready pros.

Nick Taitague's on the bench as the Schalke U19s are up 2-0 in the second leg of the semifinals of the U19 Bundesliga championship. Right now they're up 3-0 on aggregate over Hoffenheim. LINK

American Joe Gyau @36finest has taken his physical and signed with @MSVDuisburg in German 2nd flight, a step up for 25-year-old winger after 18 months at 3rd-tier Sonnenhof. Resurgence continues after long-term knee injury in 2014-16. Scored 5 goals this season. #dmv

Good or bad move on his fault? Him being loaned to a Championship side where he plays a lot is good, but what's his chances of not being loaned and getting first team minutes with Tottenham?

He could possibly get a loan to a top flight team next season, then compete for a starting spot with Spurs in the 19-20 season. He'd be 22 by that point, and he'd probably be near the starting rotation or be in a good position to be sold to a top flight club (since there would still be one year left on his contract).

Although, I've heard that Alderweireld may be leaving, so that would leave Spurs with only 1 CB older than 21 for next season.

17-yr-old attacker Roberto Hategan made (I believe) his first appearance of the season for USL side @SacRepublicFC in #USOC last night. Started up top in a 4-4-2 as his side won 3-1 over @SFCityFC.
He looked good with the U-18s in friendlies vs Costa Rica in February. LINK
