Judging by the fact that all of his highlights were with him in the US jersey, I'm guessing not.

It isn't him. He has actually been pretty good for Sunderland.

I think this is an example of how deep the USMNT has become. This was probably the strongest year from start-to-finish and yet none of the contenders played in more than ~60% of our games or stood out from the pack.

I'd say this was definitely the right choice. You could make a case for Bradley but Jozy set a record at AZ and was key in our qualification.
