Get all our guys consistent playing time
Hire Pep before he transitions to the USMNT job
Create an academy for American and world class players and poach all the top scouts, directors, physios, etc from the world's top clubs
Sell most of the elite foreign prospects for funds
Essentially build the USMNT plus CR7 to play together all the time
