World Cup every two years?

Is this just clickbait or is there actually a chance that it happens?
And then there is the Wenger recommendation for Euros to occur every two years as well, which means every summer has a Euro or a World Cup.
I don’t know how this can be discussed with a straight face.

Seems absurd and players would be pissed but FIFA and Most nations soccer feds would apparently approve it.

Every three years would be fine. Every two is too frequent.

I can’t think of too many shitty things brought up by the NBA or NHL that are naked cash grabs.
The 17th game for the NFL is one US example.
I’m not sure that the extra innings rule in MLB is a cash grab although it is clearly not well-liked.
I think international soccer is very unique in just how much contempt the leaders have for both fans and players.
Look at how much players in major US leagues played in the past. It’s pretty close to what is played now.
Now take into consideration the number of games that would be added on the international schedule with fricking yearly qualifiers and tournaments that are demanded of them by coaches who had far more manageable workloads.
