I suppose we should look ahead and be thankful there are about 15 people who regularly contribute. We even have our own Rex, TennesseeJed, who starts controversial threads and then disappears without defending any of his claims. It almost brings a tear to my eye.

please don't forget the people who made this all possible.

me and HH are trailblazers.

you know, i never came on this board until the last few months (stuck to the 2 rants) but i could've gone without knowing about the puyol stuff. thanks for that!

to the op, it would be criminal if xavi misses, especially since this will likely be his last wc. spain is deep in midfield, but...i just can't even process this.

Is it customary in Europe to rumor that every top player is going to miss the World Cup?

I like to think of myself as Malcolm X and you Martin Luther King. I fricking hate you but at least we share a common goal.

I've heard from an inside source that Cristiano Ronaldo won't be in South Africa because he fears his greasy hair will not be greasy enough in the dry South African winter.

I consider myself Cesar Chavez fighting for the rights of a bunch fruit pickers. Now that we have minimum wage and green cards, I feel useless in life.

that's fine.

We'll probably never receive due credit in our own time. Lot of personal satisfaction I guess, but still empty.
