He already has
Excuse me while I have a significant discussion w/my soccer fan self
If you would like to see someone his age performing at an "acceptable" level, observe Michael Bradley

One could argue that Freddy was the catalyst to avoiding a total meltdown in the Gold Cup last year.

Freddy and Altidore are the same age. I believe. Adu's club situation has been the worst among the three (Bradley, Adu, Altidore). He needs playing time and I think he will come around.

Bradley's been a favorite of mine for the past 2 or 3 years. He's always had the competitive spirit, charging hard for every ball, but he has seriously raised his game of late.
It blows my mind why Klinsi would ever consider a USA roster in any competition without MB.
Bradley, Donovan, Dempsey, Howard. Best four players on the US MNT as I see it, and in that order.

Although those 4 guys are very good, you have to put Dempsey number one. Dempsey is on another level right now.

I'm not sure if I would put Bradley ahead of Donovan, too. I... I'm not sure. Thinking about it makes my brain hurt. I think we should just say frick it, they are all awesome, and we are just happy to have them all playing for us
