BUT, I doubled or nothing on Italy for tomorrows match. I have a feeling my "buddy" is taking advantage of me liking a new sport

Soccer is the most unpredicatable sport to bet on. That being said, prepare your anus.

The Portugal one at least had a good chance (as you saw, tied all the way through)
However I only see about a 10-20% chance of italy winning.

I fully expect to lose, I just enjoy having money on the game as it makes it way more exciting because I really have no clue about a lot of the rules. I have learned a lot though just in the last few weeks

Yes. He watches soccer and I have zero knowledge of the sport. He suggested the bet yesterday, now I can't seem to quit chasing bad money.

Also, Germany has 2 days more rest than Italy and are probably a better team to begin with.

1/2 of Italy's team is either injured or serving yellow card suspensions, not to mention they just played 120 minutes and only get 3 days rest.
Germany is going to have to play a pretty shitty game to lose this one.
