Ike Opara GOAAALLLL!!!!
Beautiful header to the far post, right over the leaping keeper's hand.
Looks like he has a groin injury though.

Nice goal by Opara, but it looked like he tweaked his ankle.

62' - Timbers bring in Alhassan for W. Johnson and Valencia for R. Johnson. RSL crowd gives polite applause for Will. ?#?RCTID? RSL leads 1-0.

Win it for Murica unlike the San Jose Natural Disasters.

Sporting KC hold on and win 2-0 in Nicaragua. Now comes a trip to Honduras to face Olimpia, it will be our toughest game in the group stage without a doubt.

I was wondering something about the Champions League qualifying. What if you have Montreal winning the Canadian Cup and then Toronto or Vancouver winning the MLS Cup? Does that mean 2 Canadian teams get to go?

Nevermind I found the answer. Basically only the winner of the Canadian Cup can go according to wikipedia. A club from Canada could win the Supporters Shield or go to the MLS final and not qualify. In that case that spot would to the American team with the best record that's not already in the Champions League.
