US looking good with some technical passes and runs, but then fail by kicking it nearly right at the keeper in a wide open net, tsk tsk

and then Ching gets sucked off by the announcer for not finishing a pretty easy chance. at this level, u need to finish those

Bornstein sucks. Edu, Buddle, and Beasley were good. Gooch has looked slow.

Uh oh, lets see how Edu does at Center Back.

WTF is Klejestian(sp?) even out there?

Nice from both Goodsona and Herc.

Goodson showed some ability to get up which is huge on set peices. That should bode well for him. Especially if Gooch can't get 2 inches off the ground.

Herc finished which is nice after the last attempt.

God damnit Ching, stop playing good flicks. It baffles me how he can look abysmal one minute and the next minute play an amazing back heel or flick on. Dammit Bob, dont select Ching because of a few nifty passes...

That was the only reason I wasn't upset with missing the first half. Only have to watch JB suck arse for half the time

Nice to see the US scoring off set pieces instead of giving up goals on them.

I don't like Ching either but he's been very good tonight.

He along with Cherundolo, Holden, Beasley, Torres, Buddle, Edu, Goodson and Herc have been the bright spots tonight.

I would say Bornstein's been a disappointment but really he's been as bad as expected.

US looks really GOOD on attacks, we just lack that finishing touch. We don't really have any proven goalscorers out there, not someone who has a deadly shot, or a knack for scoring goals.

Ching is following Beas's footsteps, working his arse off. Doesn't mean they are doing big things, but in his case he really is. He is involved in nearly every attack and is managing to sniff out the ball in the box many times.

I don't think you can say someone is having a good game just because they scored a close range goal unguarded, can you?
