+1
Torres didn't mess around with the ball, passed quickly and had a nice free kick service into the box.

Agree with everyone on Buddle, he just looks like he belongs.

Beasley has been pretty solid. Gets back to defend, won a corner, had a decent cross.

Bornstein shouldn't be in the group of 30. He's a complete liability.

We all know Bornstein will be there. When has Bob done anything we wanted him to do? Like go away.

As I said he is our best distributor of the ball and does not really turn it over either, he does have a good touch.

I just feel for him to make this roster he needs to bring something creative and dangerous. He isn't really threatening with through balls, nor pushing it up the pitch dribbling people or anything. Center mid is pretty much a done deal, I just want him to make it since he is our only distributing mid we have, but I just don't see it happening without him being the cause for goal threats(via assist, shots, dribbles etc.).

The Aryan isn't playing in a single striker formation.

Who do you want to see more of the in 2nd half?

Hercules, Hercules. I've never seen him play, so let's see what you got.

I like Run DMB when he's on the wing and can make moves in space. The leftback experiment last summer should be stricken from our collective memories.

You have to have someone creative to pass it to. If Jozy was up front, I bet you would have seen a few throughs.

Herculez and Chingy warming up. Dear god time for some Robbie Rogers dribbling out of bounds action. Classic.

He is certainly working very hard out there, but what does he provide us with offensively? He isn't too stellar of a passer, cant really say on his crosses(haven't noticed them actually).

Does he make any diagonal runs to goal any more, does he slip behind the last line for through balls, take on defenders? I just don't see him as an offensive threat any longer.

Was it he or EJ that made the nice run and got fouled at midfield?

That is true, but has he really done it in his national team caps(far too few I know)? He is great at swinging the ball, maintaining possession, but if the US doesn't play with an attacking mid he really isn't going to lead us to goals.

Are we gonna run a 5 mid set, considering everyone keeps saying "who pairs up top with Jozy."
