The passing is terrible tonight. Even more than normal. It's like they didn't even practice together.

We get it, you don't like Acosta.

We need different choices. Acosta is not International quality. Some younger player needs to get those minutes. I feel the same way about Roldan but his play had been better so far.

Roldan has barely touched the ball.

Man I dunno. It's tough, he got to the ball first and his foot sorta bounced off the ball and into Acosta.

Can we just have him subbed off lol so we can play 11v11

Acosta has been terrible.

Ferreira hasn’t been great.

Roldan invisible again.

Pepi seemingly in a funk.

Back line has looked good. Morris looks good. Like what I see from Cardoso, but could be better passing. Way better than Yueill in my book.

So maybe they can do a high school soft red for friendlies.

I really have to disagree with the view that Acosta has been terrible. He has literally been everywhere on the field and has created multiple chances. Definitely gave the ball away a few times but so has everyone else on the field other than Zimmerman.

Morris looks like he lost some weight.

DByrd I can pretty much agree with you with every point but Roldan has had a few good passes forward.

Getting a red in a friendly

Glad to see Morris still has game changing speed.

Who? I’m seriously interested in your suggestion. Sands? Johnny? Tanner Tessmann? (My personal preference)

Y’all keep saying he isn’t international quality, and maybe he isn’t, but he’s been serviceable in international competition and no one else has looked capable of filling in for Adams.

This is a hallmark of his, though. At what point does he get more responsible with the ball?

For the record, I do agree that he has been good moving forward as well. I just see him as a friend layer that should be expected to be a stabilizing force among younger players, and instead he plays bad passes and loses the ball in vulnerable positions.

Lucky for us we get to see Jackson Yueill come in and right the ship, if reports about what Greg said this week are true.

In the future. Try a double pivot at the 6 with Busio and someone else when Adams is not available. For today... We already know what Acosta can and cant do. Play someone else at the 8. For today I rate Johnny better than Acosta. From what I understand Tessman and Busio are already playing a double pivot at Venzia.

Should be getting every minute that Adams doesn’t if it weren’t WCQ right now.

In WCQ, Acosta is our next best option. I’m honestly surprised that the CONCACAF fiends don’t hack at Adams as much as they do Pulisic.

That’s the easiest way to get us disqualified from the WC.
