So, Besler stays at LB.

Maybe move Fab forward for Bedoya since Yedlin is back?

Beckerman for Jones. Zusi(?) for Wood.

Middle 3 of Bradley-Beckerman-Zusi. Front 3 of Zardes-Dempsey-Johnson.

Hang tough for 60, then bring on PuNagbe.

I would rather see Nagbe start, to be honest. Replace Zusi with Nagbe and I can get behind that.

Argentina can't handle that much athleticism.

I just threw up a little in my mouth.

Only reason I advocate for him starting on the bench and going conservative - if you down a goal (or two) early, what's the response? Wondo? Castillo?

Not going to miss Bedoya. Will miss jones. Keep Johnson and beslar in. Put yedlin back in.

And ugh if we have to play beckerman, but I guess he isn't that much different than Bedoya.

My husband just texted me from his friend's house where he was watching the match if I was off that night. When I informed him I have to work...his reply "Well can't you just call in sick or something"

He hasn't replied back since I told him there is no way I can call in sick that night. I think he's pissed

Other than being completely different, you're right.

I was being a tad facetious. But seriously, neither seems to do much on offense.

I'd be ok with moving yedlin or Johnson up.

That's almost a lock to exactly what will happen. It'll be Argentina, and he won't just throw Pulisic out there with very little national team experience.

Wish Pugbe (that's what I'm calling them) would get a shot, but it just won't happen

I just hope that both the USA and Mexico don't lose in the semis. In this day and age, USA-Mexico in Glendale might get a LITTLE testy.

Ya think?

I was at their last friendly game together, that was intense. Mexico's fans are obnoxious as frick.

My husband's friends are going(they already have tickets), so hopefully he can find a ticket by them or something.

A former co--worker is retried USMC and went to the USA - Mexico WC qualifier in Azteca back in 2013. He told me that he took more incoming fire that night than he did doing 3 tours in Iraq.

Azteca was always on my bucket list, but I talked to some AO's who went in 2013 when we drew 0-0...they said it was one of the worst experiences of their life. They looked back and laughed, but they said they legit were worried for their life. And these were dudes. One of which currently works for the Pentagon and served during the Gulf War. So I don't think I'm ever traveling there
