I always believed Berhalter was a good coach. We actually have what seems like a plan this game. I'm interested to see what the full team looks like, and what it's like without a month long camp.

Zimmerman, Lletget, Lima, Arriola, Bradley, Mihailovic, Steffen and Lewis.
Those are the guys from this camp that should be considered for the Gold Cup and going forward. Successful Camp Cupcake.

GGG keeps talking about having film, he wants film cuts to show the Europe players what he hopes for.

I love me some Lletget. Dude has been unfortunate with injuries and also west ham not giving him opportunities.

My players takeaways from these two games:
Zardes is well behind Jozy, Sargent and Wood. I wish Ramirez got more minutes instead
Lewis staked a claim to be in the 2 deep in a thin winger pool
Mahailovic is promising. Would be interesting to see him against tougher competition. Roldan still doesn’t do much for me
Zimmerman player his way into another callup
Lima from out of nowhere to challenge Yedlin. If Gregg expects a RB to be able to play in the middle like that it’s bad news for Yedlin
Lovitz and Baird - no
Bradley is still our 6. Don’t know if there are plan for McKennie or Adams to play that role or not
Great to see Lletget back

It obviously all depends on the tactics in a given match, but his passing to spring a chance is still some of the best in our pool.
If we're going 4-3-3, I think our best midfield would be Adams at the 6, McKennie at the 8 and Pulisic at the 10. But there would definitely be opportunities where we slide Pulisic out to the wing and roll with a Bradley, Adams, McKennie midfield.

I’d take the latter with the amount of times we had wingers isolated on fullbacks I want Pulisic in that position. And our two “10s” as Gregg put it of adams and McKennie playing off a forward who can hold up play like Jozy or Sargent would work pretty damn well from what I saw of Roldan and Mihailovic trying to play off of Zardes

Yeah, my thinking with Pulisic in the middle though is that in both of these January camp matches, the 10 had huge impacts with Mihailovic vs Panama and Lletget yesterday. I just like the idea of our best playmaker in that role and what that could mean for everyone playing around him.
