PSG can buy that shite league, but European Silverware is still a pipe dream.

City are through. Hope they can hold on to 1st to avoid Real / Barca / Bayern in the next round.

We actually won a CL match and looked pretty damn good doing it. Wow.

I only caught the end about 5 minutes before Wazza scored until the end. Were we extremely frustrating the whole game like I'm assuming? Was Martial taken off for injury or for rest or was it tactical? What i saw of Lingard was very good.

What can I say, Sterling has been pretty damn good.

Although I could probably bang a few in on that squad.

Lingard was very direct, so that was a positive change. We actually looked more threatening today, at times, with an emphasis on more direct passing. However, it was still frustrating considering we had 70% possession and didn't do all that much with it. Martial was taken off for what appeared to be tactical reasons in favor of Fellaini - to resounding boos from the fans like I've never heard at OT.

All in all, better but would like to see the shackles taken off a bit more. Lingard was a definite breath of fresh air, constantly charging forward. Nice to see Wazza score, especially after blowing an earlier golden opportunity.

PSG was always going to be in an uphill battle in that league.

Seems like they only land A team wash ups/head cases.

Lol @ CSKA. You fricking Moscow bastards are an embarrassment.

Zenit will just have to carry the flag for Russia. That's fine. We can do it.

Kuban was still pissed about losing to them in the Russian Cup final last season. Plus, Melgarejo and Ignatyev went off.
