Nope. Just read an article that said UEFA decided to adopt the reset for the Euros but that they don't reset in UCL. The reset rule is a FIFA rule.

Gotcha. Yea that's bullshite. Cards need to be reset after the group stages are over.

Yeah. When you consider these guys are playing top level sides and can only pick up 3 yellows the entire tourney. That shite worked back in the day before refs were handing out cards for every semi hard tackle.
