Is the announcer exaggerating when he says we could be witnessing an "end of an era" regarding Barca's dominance as coming to an end? Seems to me like they're just in a funk and have struggled this game and the last one against elite clubs

Well, they're up 12 points in La Liga, so I don't think they're doing poorly. Their manager is going through chemotherapy in New York, and they will still likely win the league by a large margin.
