Arne Slot emerges as a strong candidate to become Tottenham's new boss as Feyenoord battle to keep hold of their title-winning coach - who would cost Spurs £6m in compensation

Honestly, all of the names I’ve seen mentioned over the past month or so seem on par with each other. Nobody feels like a slam dunk hire, including nagelsmann, and ultimately the same obstacle will still be there (Levy) so I don’t really have a preference. Glass half full take, at least all of the managers I’ve seen listed play a more proactive style of football than the last three managers we’ve had. How well that would translate with our dogshit defenders though I have no idea.

Earlier this week Fichajes claimed Tottenham are looking at Eze to fill the boots of Dejan Kulusevski, after the north Londonders confirmed they would not be taking up the option to make the Sweden international’s loan move from Juventus permanent.

It’s going to take a lot overhaul this roster.

I've liked Eze, so it's a start. As Chelsea has proved, it starts with a culture change at the top. With Levy, it's still a log jam.

Is it really confirmed we aren’t buying Deki? I thought Ali Gold and some of the other Spurs mouthpieces said we were gonna take the option. It would be nice to snag Eze too though

Gil assisted Lamela on Sevillas winner to head to the Europa League Final.

Everything is fine.

Feyenoord’s director Dennis te Kloese has said that he has rejected an offer to buy out the contract of Arne Slot, according to ESPN. The report states that Te Kloese, speaking to ESPN Netherlands morning show Goedemorgen Eredivisie, said that Slot does not have a release clause in his contract, which expires in 2025, and that he expects that Slot will remain with Feyenoord next season.

Know what else is brutal?

Being a Spurs and USMNT fan and watching them both squander the manager search.

We are going end up going into training without a manger and not having bought anyone to fit his system. It’s going to be a train wreck next year.
