Lukaku is fat and slow and unmotivated, and would have been a perfect injection for that game. Leaving Kai in there was insanity. He had lost his cool multiple times and got pushed off the ball too easily. Unbelievably biased Tuchel crap

Todd Boehly appears to be the favorite for new owner
The date in which Todd Boehly is confident of becoming the new owner of Chelsea Football Club has been revealed.
Since they were put up for sale the beginning of March, the Blues have received a lot of interest from parties who were willing to make an acquisition of the reigning World and European Champions.
As the process progressed a shortlist of bidders was named, with the Boehly-led consortium set to be the new Chelsea owners.
According to Ben Jacobs, the American investor is confident of being able to complete the purchase of the west London side before May 31.
It was revealed on Friday that Boehly's consortium had been named as the preferred bidder for the club by Raine Group, despite a late offer from Sir Jim Ratcliffe in a bid that is said to be around £4.25 billion.
Offers from Stephen Pagliuca and Sir Martin Broughton were informed that they were unsuccessful, with the takeover process now approaching the end.
Boehly and his consortium have now entered a period of exclusivity which will allow them time to fully complete the purchase of the club and takeover from Roman Abramovich.
The bid will be taken to the UK Government for approval, and a new license will be issued by them in order for the sale of the club to happen.
After the all clear has been given by the Government, the Premier League will then conduct their own Owners' and Directors' Test ahead of the completion of the takeover.

Pulisic is like that movie moneyball. Seems like he’s never involved or a high caliber of consistent playing but somehow he scores when you need it most out of no where.
Robbie Mustoe put it best a couple of weeks ago: Pulisic is the last one on and the first one off the pitch for Teuchel. That's not likely to change and is not sustainable. A move is pretty much inevitable IMO.

Lukaku with a bit of vengeance today. CP assist on the second goal.

Kovacic out for LIV. Kante should be back. I guess he and RLC will handle the mid.

Update a couple of hours ago:
Understand Mateo Kovacic’s injury not as bad as first feared. Due to train tomorrow and has a chance of playing in Saturday’s FA Cup final #cfc #lfc

We need one point in the next two matches vs Foxes and Hornets to secure top 4. Can we get that point? Right now I really have no idea although we should sleep through a win at the Bridge vs WAT.
A win over LIV Sat would be sweet as well.

This is absolute torture at this point. I'm out. Will see you mates in Jul/Aug.

Blow yourself, Mount created virtually every chance we created today and the rest of our slap dick forwards couldn't do frick all.
Also change the name of this fricking thread. This dude busted harder than Fernando Torres.

Thanks to Arsenal’s choke against NEW, Chelsea has solidified a top 4 finish and Champions League footy next season! Long tough season with injuries and all the Roman shite but the boys managed to cobble together a solid season. And we don’t have to sweat out finding a single point over the next two matches. Up the Blues!

Thanks to yesterdays draw with Foxes, CFC will finish in 3rd. Again, not what we were all hoping but based on all the shite this year with Roman, injuries, etc., we’re playing Champions League ball next year and will have new ownership.
Looks like we are losing Azpi, Christiansen, Alonzo and of course, Rudi. TT, new ownership and the Board have alot of work to do.

Last starting 11 for the season:
Mendy, Rudi, Azpi, Silva, James, Kante, Kenedy, Saul, Ziyech, Havertz, Mount.
How many of these cats won’t be here next season? Rudi, Saul? And the many others- Christensen, Alonzo, Kepa, Barkley, maybe Pulisic, Lukaku or Werner? This will be a really different roster in August.
