hopefully nothing and take another crack at Haaland in Jan. Offer more than Dortmund would likely make in summer when the release clause kicks in and do a pulisic style sign/loan. if that cant work, then itd be pretty clear Haaland just has no interest in joining Chelsea.
just really dont wanna see another Kepa, danny d, or zappacosta situation where we're getting fleeced on a panic buy late in the window after striking out.

Kai has a goal today vs Arsenal playing up top- maybe a fall schedule of him at striker would suffice until January. Of course Timo flubbed one today.

If we make a panic buy, then I hope it’s an older guy like OG for 10M or less that gives some depth at striker. No more and no less is needed unless we get who we are after. Spending 40+ on a marginal player that isn’t much better than Tammy would be a huge miss and distraction.
We don’t HAVE to sign anyone this cycle to be competitive...we’ve got depth and quality at pretty much every position. If Timo somehow turns the light on and can score like we expected him, then we are loaded.

Kai played predominately on the right in possession and in defense hung around midfield with timo to spark counters. played pretty much the same as we stated seeing later last season. agree tho, want to see more of Kai in the middle, with CP and CHO on the flanks.

I don't disagree. Our midfield pairing should definitely get a statue and Jorginho should be a part of it. On Kante's back getting carried just like on the pitch.
