He wasn't sitting behind CR7, he was a back up to Benz.
He was a starter at Juve and was good but his production was replaced and surpassed after they sold him. By both Dybala and Higuaín.

Morata at times has been labeled the future striker to lead the line for spain and also one of the best young talents in Europe. He's good but as I was saying I can see why United had been reluctant on the price tag. Would I have been happy with him sure.
He's going for almost the same price as one of his replacements.

I like Benzema, he can still ball.

In fairness to Morata, he wasn't really a full starter at Juve either. Think he started less than half their matches even his final season.
Mainly started their CL knockouts because he worked so hard and was dangerous on the counter.
