There is a big rumor that City and Arsenal have already essentially agreed on a fee and been paid.
A guy came out like last week and said he worked at a bank in the Emirates and MCFC was one of the bank's biggest accounts. He said a large balance was moved to Arsenal. Didn't specify how much though.
People are buying it with the thought that Arsenal doesn't want it made public yet because it's so late in the window that they want it to look like a deadline deal that wouldn't have allowed them any time to find a replacement.
That's freaking out there, I know, but ever since this guy mentioned the rumor regarding the transfer already essentially happening things have escalated incredibly. Would be such an Arsenal thing to do though
