I think the issue here is that you're totally disregarding Dortmund restocking young talent after losing, once again, some of their key players.
They are continually gutted, yet restock and tend to remain somewhat competitive.
It isn't that they've had, "a hell of a summer" meaning they'll compete with Bayern again or anything, but after losing a world class defender and a top MF they're still looking promising and will be an exciting team to watch.
Don't think I could have laid it out any clearer than that.

Calcio News informs that Gabriel Jesús (Palmeiras striker) will report to Zinedine Zidane and Real Madrid either this winter, or in the 2017/2018 preseason.
According to his agent, Cristiano Simoes, the price of the acquisition was €30M.

Long story short, about 25 of us hopped onto that girl's (my old avi) periscope at like 2 am one night and got her to join TD and trolled the shite out of her broadcast and she eventually found the thread and was reading what we were all saying about her.
Unfortunately we no longer can do that and have threads in the OT
