That said, it's not like they're strapped with cash to buy some of the players Koeman might want to bring in without cashing in on a big transfer.

English football is absolutely maddening. Love it, but it's maddening these transfer prices within the PL. Deeney is barely worth £5m anywhere else. Tops.
