What? City is a bigger club, in a bigger league than Benfica. They were going to have to sell no matter what at some point.
Only way De Gea leaves United is if he wants to, so If that happened and if United didn't care if he left than I wouldn't be shocked if 60 was a figure.
Good try though trying to make them even remotely similar situations.
ETA: It's also supposedly a £35 mil fee. At least use the correct rumored amount.

The hell? I was basically agreeing with you. If Ederson was worth 45 or whatever, United – LIKE YOU SAID – should milk more out of Real for DDG than 60, because they don't have to sell him.

Cry about it. I was using the figure from earlier in this thread. My point still stands.
He's worth more than 60 because United don't have to sell him.

Manchester United will finally land Benfica defender Victor Lindelof this summer in a deal worth up to £35million, according to reports in Portugal.
Newspaper Record claim that the Sweden international will put pen to paper on a long-term contract at Old Trafford after terms between the clubs were agreed.
United will pay just over £30m up front for Lindelof, with almost £5m in bonuses if he achieves certain targets.
Looks like this is back on
