Pepe didn't run through his leg...Torres stuck his leg out at the last second to interfere...Pepe was playing the ball the entire time and if Torres didn't stick his leg out he would have gotten there first

no he definitely did but to me that's not a penalty. it's a bad call. he basically just stuck a leg in front of a guy who was about to win the ball.
admittedly though i have a hard time getting on board with a lot of shite that goes down in the box. you juke someone and they clip your ankles im good. you basically just lunge for no reason other than trying to draw contact, meh.

My view is different than a lot of people. I think if it's a foul at midfield, then it's a foul in the box. I think that was a foul.

I don't think it's a foul at midfield either. Simply sticking your leg out completely out of position is just trying to trick the ref, it's not playing soccer.
