We got bailed out last week when we lost by City and Pool not really gaining ground on us.
Anyways.. gotta control our own results.
Lets beat these Chelsea pricks today and then turn our focus to the Scum for the weekend.
COYS!!
If Caballero is in goal for Chelsea today, lets remember what happened last time vs us.
Eriksen abuses Caballero

XI: Lloris (C), Trippier, Alderweireld, Sanchez, Davies, Winks, Sissoko, Eriksen, Lamela, Son, Kane.
Curious to see who plays today vs Blue Scum and who plays Saturday vs Red Scum.

I didn’t get to watch. How bad was it?

Actually a really enjoyable game from a neutral's viewpoint.
Pretty even both ways until Pedro pulled a bit of great skill to win it in the end.

Agreed. Really good defense on both sides to keep the attackers at bay. Spurs didn't register a shot on goal but Chelsea had something like 15 blocks. Chelsea had 1 shot on goal.
Still disappointing but I didn't have a ton of belief that Spurs would run the table to win the league.

Yesterday sucked, no 2 ways about it.
The effort and heart was there. 1-0 result as far as I'm concerned.
Have to flush it and move forward, you lose to Arsenal saturday and top 4 race is on, we'd have a 1 point cushion.
We must find a way to win Saturday, and advance vs BVB in Champions League next week & this Chelsea result is old news. FFS, we split the series with them in Prem 1-1. Let's move forward.

I can't believe Trippier is starting again over Aurier, but I am pumped that Wanyama is back.

Today’s game result determines whether I’m getting happy drunk or angry drunk today on Orleans Ave

Sounds like a good time either way.
I haven't been to a NOLA parade in a few years, used to always go to Orpheus/Proteus on Monday night and always enjoyed it.

It seems Spurs' defense has been riddled with individual errors as of late.

For the most part, I enjoy Lee Dixon's commentary every week, but he should really be pulled off of NLDs.

We are tottenham, we are tottenham, super tottenham, from the lane

We'll be alright.
Spurs had 65% possession with 7 shots in the first half.
Listening to NBC you swear Spurs were getting walked all over.

1) Kane was offside
2) Good call on the actual pen.
Game on!

Spurs: The team that's best players are a CB playing left winger and a LB playing holding midfielder

Oh completely will butcher it at some point.
But cannot deny that he brings energy there which is something we've needed all match.
