Finally caught up on the game.

frick this Sevilla team. What a chickenshit match by them, cheap shots from the start in a preseason friendly . Hope Larouci is okay, the fact they didn’t put him in an air cast makes me cautiously optimistic. Larouci was playing so well too.

I watch these exhb matches like the NFL pre season
Look for something from young players ....and that's it.
Am I wrong to do it that way?

Nope, you ain’t.

But I’d add one thing... hope and pray for few to zero injuries.

Ox, Brewster, and Wilson have impressed me. Wouldn't mind keeping Wilson around this season either. With the loaded schedule I think he'll get plenty of opportunities and I'd like for him to train day in day out with Klopp and the first team.

Agree on all 3... think having Ox and Keita back and healthy will make a big impact on the squad

Really hope Brewster gets some good looks this year

ABSOLUTELY typical of Mignolet:

- Completely whiff an easy save

- Make multiple incredible saves

Its amazing that this has bern his typical modus operandi for years.

Yeah, very thankful he's not our #1 any more, guy has been a good servant of the club in his time here, but just isn't the level we need... If he moves on I'll wish him all the best, but if he's happy behind Alisson I have no issues with him staying

Klopp wants to keep Harry Wilson and has promised game time for @LFC this season, in response to Newcastle and Villa interest - Reds would be reluctant sellers, and only huge bid of £25m would get them to table

I’m all for not spending huge in the Summer with this squad but anyone else is a little worried about not buying anyone that’ll see the pitch this year?

Ehh not really... like it's been mentioned we get Ox and Keita back so that'll help depth, Brewster if he can live up to the hype will be another guy in the front line

I think it’s fine not buying anyone. I think you’ve got Gomez, Ox and Keita back with a few possible youngsters breaking through along with Origi emerging as a legit option by all accounts.

I think we let it play out first half of the season. We’re pretty damn deep and I think the biggest question is there anyone out there WORTH the money who is already going to displace someone in our badass squad? No sense in robbing Peter just for a more expensive Paul in my eyes.

Of course injuries can and will change all that but let’s just roll with it and assume we will benefit from further squad cohesion.

Yes. I think we need a winger that is ready to play now.
