And to bb, it's an invalid emotional response because despite our long run of form, nobody goes through a season without a relative poor run at some point.

Everybody would take winning the league if we had to choose this year. The issue I have is we played them off the pitch for 90 and this thing should have been over. Along with another ridiculous keeper error that changed the entire match.

Anfield got the better part of Adrian. He attempted a pass as though we needed to get up field. All he needed was to pass wide to Robbo and set up for extended possession

Adrian has done well for us and far exceeded expectations. It’s quite possible we’re winning the league because of his play at the beginning. I think that contributes to his overconfidence at times, but there’s a reason it was available. I’m pissed at him but wish we would’ve got that second one in regulation.
Klopp took the words out of my mouth with his thoughts on Atleti. Their style is negative and frustrating but they have the ability to actually play legit football and be successful. That’s why I hate them so much.

My whole thing is that when I look at the replay of that turnover, it looks like he didn't contact the ball right. It was slicker than owl shite out there.
Additionally, although he wouldn't have been in that position if he hadn't turned it over, I think he would have saved it had he not slipped on his plant foot.
Regardless, the idea that we are so damn far ahead in the league has me tickled. I can't be upset that we lost in a weird fashion with the league trophy already in our cabinet.
