I’m nervous. Think this one turns chippy, too many Mexicans in the Porto XI

I agree, and it worries me that Can won't be in the side to protect our forwards. Not that Firmino/Salah/Mane can't handle their own, but I'd prefer to have some piss and vinegar behind them. Henderson is going to have to fricking LEAD. VVD and Lovren will crack skulls if it comes down to it, though.

Agreed on the VVD/Lovren point. I like the attitude that combination brings to the field. I think we'll be fine, but I will be watching later today after work. Gonna have to go into media blackout because I am ridiculously hype for this match.

Just in case anyone hadn't seen it, big day boys... Like the XI, let's get an away goal or two in our highlighter orange kits!

Can't see if you actually posted the XI because my work computer blows, so I'll Ctrl+V it here for anyone with the same issues.
Liverpool team: Karius, Alexander-Arnold, Van Dijk, Lovren, Robertson, Henderson, Milner, Wijnaldum, Mane, Salah, Firmino.
Substitutes: Mignolet, Gomez, Moreno, Lallana, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Ings, Matip.

Also, I hate sharing the day with this RM/PSG match up, we're 15 mins into this pregame show and I'm not even sure our game has been mentioned yet, and I get it but it's still annoying

I just dont like Henderson and Milner being in the midfield together.

I like it away from Anfield. Henderson has gotten a lot better at playing the ball forward quickly. Wij will give us the ability to dribble forward in midfield, and Millly will provide defensive work. They’re going to try to frustrate us. I’m nervous but I still think we’re gonna kick their arse. Our front 3 is just a different class from anyone on their team. They won’t be able to contain them all game. Their fullbacks want to join the attack and it’s going to get them buried tonight I believe.

Up the Reds! Get in front and keep pressing

Just heard he's not playing today, that's a bonus for us

Pretty bad start... We've got nothing going forward right now

TAA looking shaky defensively so far.

This Fox color analyst sounds like Randy Quaid/Cousin Eddie.
Its kind of distracting.
