What a day. England/Croatia is going to be massive, but I was somewhat skeptical about how the whole cup would go down, but up until this point, it couldn’t have gone any better. Just amazing!

So far, I have to eat a huge plate of crow. Aside from a few shitty and predictable things happening with Iran/Iraq/ African participants (players, fans, and staff), people are showing up and paying the stupid prices. European fans appear to have traveled in huge numbers. Only one match so far has had a lot of empty seats tha I have seen.
The matches have been great.
