There's a lot of chatter this morning on twitter, regarding Cissokho...saying something could happen early next week...

Jay Spearing has agreed to let Charlie Adam wear number 26. Spearing will now be #20.

Jordan Henderson will wear number 14, formally worn by Milan Jovanovic. No new number has been announced for Milan. I wonder what that means.

Although he has been inconsistent over the past few seasons, Cissokho would still be a great get for 9M (price i'm hearing from twitter)

It has been on the table for years.

The Yankee's left old Yankee Stadium. Anfield has limitations and we might need something else too.

Following the live commentary. Maybe with good performances from Poulsen and Ngog, someone will want to buy them.

Wholesale subs to start the second half. Definitely more scoring potential with this XI and the first look at Charlie in the red.

Jordan Henderson

yea, I guess £20 mil wasn't enough to convince him that he should be training with and developing relationships with his new pro team instead of losing to the Czech Republic with his underage buddies. It's one thing for Suarez to miss the tour for a FIFA tournament, he's played with most of these guys for a while now. I realize it's just pre-season, but it's just another reason why I don't have high expectations for Henderson to have much of an impact for a while.

Liverpool agree Downing fee

Looks like we finally have a natural winger. I was a little disappointed at first that we missed out on Young, but we're getting Villa's player of the season.

I guess he's really more of a project then. I am excited about the Downing deal, though.
