If Rangers beat Celtic next week and Hearts beat Motherwell, Hearts will be 6 points clear with a minimum of +7 on goal difference.

I think they're both going to end on the same points, Hearts just need to maintain GD.

I think Hearts lose to Motherwell next week to be honest. I think that's their slip up. I don't see Celtic losing again, but I could see them drawing against either Rangers or Motherwell (or maybe both).

Assume Celtic draw tomorrow with Rangers. Hearts go to Falkirk on Wednesday and Celtic to Motherwell. If Hearts and Celtic each win, Hearts will likely have a better goal difference than Celtic (it's 5 goals now). So even if Celtic win the last day against Hearts, it could have to be by multiple goals.
