Sweet dive by Rosenborg, doesn't get a call.
Refs should be remonstrated more for missing dives than the players. Diving will gradually diminish once refs call penalties for players who are fouled but don't go to ground.

If this happened more often there would be less of an inclination to go to ground at the slightest touch.

I also think that the unwritten precedent that players have to be hacked in the box in order to get a penalty should be removed. Foul in the box = foul outside the box. Defenders get away with far more in the box. This forces attacking players to over-dramatize any contact, leading to dives.
Sure there would be more penalties, but it would force defenders to actually defend within the laws of the game.
