You afraid some Middle East nation will finally figure out how to send a nuke our way?

Not afraid of anything.
I just don't think angering a large part of the world over a sport is a good idea for the world as a whole.

I think it would be great to get it out of Qatar because it is about corruption and human lives, but to bring it here looks like corruption as well. The truth is not relevant. Perception is what is important.

I don't think a large part of the world will be angered though. There is still plenty of time for a devote if Qatar is stripped. The US is the most viable emergency option but plenty of developed nations could host in 2022. I personally think England and Australia are the most likely options.

I can see a mass boycott of the Middle Eastern countries but eh frick em. The only half way decent teams in that confederation are Australia, Korea, and Japan.

That definatly won't happen. Qatar is not exactly on great terms with most of the region right now due to their support of the Muslim Brotherhood. The GCC has been on their arse pretty good lately.

That may be. I would hope that is the case.

Are they in the running for future WC's?

It hasn't been in England since 1966. It's been in Germany twice since then and twice in freaking Mexico.

Quit being a sissified nonce. We are the U.S. of fricking A and we are supposed to act like a superpower. The rest of the world actually expects us to like one, but don't worry we will get back our footing once that a-hole leaves the White House.

Yes, and are probably more likely options than the U.S. for future WC's for the moment.
