The Ligue 1 trophy isn't an accomplishment for a team that spends half a billion dollars in a single summer.
Pretty much all those other leagues have some form of parity outside of Italy.

Lol no. England is the only one with any real parity at all. The rest are dominated by 1 or 2 clubs and that’s throughout Europe.

They pretty much all have at least someone to compete with. PSG has no competition, and you know it.

Bayern dominate that league, but they're not spending absurdly. They will this summer, but I'd wager their net spend is not outrageous at all the last 4 or 5 years. I bet it's like -20-25 a year.

PSG have spent money to strangle any and all competition. In England, clubs are spending large quantities of money, but there are 4 or 5 doing so. Bayern have won everything but it's not because they're spending huge sums of money all the time. Spain will always have at least two legit teams going at it.
