I don't think EA has the balls to come out publicly and say, "Our game is a buggy P.O.S." Sure, the devs and developers know there are bugs still in a game upon release, but that's not really something EA will be happy to announce to the public.

The employees and devs of EA. Of course the CEO isn't going to come out and tell the public their game sucks. But we have called their headquarters personally asking for answers and have had workers tell us that it doesn't matter and that EA has no intention of issuing patches for anything other than crashes. As a former tester I can say that they told us to look for crash bugs and crash bugs only. They did not give a frick about the rest of the game. As long as it turns on it would be shipped out.
