The importance of making a good first impression on Twitter is debatable, especially if you're a professional footballer with supporters willing to follow you no matter how inane your abbreviated ramblings are. Regardless, Leicester City striker Paul Gallagher decided to immediately fulfill his promise of "banter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" with a second tweet worthy of all those exclamation points. Said Gallagher:

It's important to note that @HayleyGa11agher is his wife, whose initial reaction ("Omg!!") was followed by regret over getting him on Twitter in the first place ("Good lord what have I done introducing him to this!"). The best part, however, is that Gallagher's mother-in-law, who is also on Twitter, apparently found his comment hilarious.

So with first impressions mastered, Gallagher's next challenge will be figuring out that punctuation business.
