Yes , she's trashy but I'm not seeing a bombshell in this news story (interesting timing with the World Cup and all). This is basically re-hashing last years story. I'm not a big fan of hers, but I think (given the free passes handed out to other athletes) she's getting more than her fair share of criticism. She's already been reamed over this.

Did you even read? She sat out one NWSL game and U.S. Soccer did absolutely nothing. She was never suspended by the USSF for this domestic violence incident.
She got suspended this January for riding with her idiot husband when he got a DUI during a USWNT training camp.

She brought this OTL report on herself by going on tour and blaming the victims. If she had just kept her mouth shut, this whole thing probably would have gone away. Her sister initially just wanted to move on with her life and didn't want to speak out or prosecute. However, Hope forced her hand by giving those bullshite national tv and magazine interviews.

That was definitely one of the craziest OTLs I have watched in a while, they pretty much shutdown Hope Solo's lawyer in the interview too.
