They are winning the deadline day for sure.

Probably already realize their manager is terrible and trying to do anything possible to make up for it.

We went after him once upon a time. Don't see him leaving Dortmund.

Yeah, but we have needs and Roman saved 3 billion this morning.

Not arguing just curious what you feel our pressing needs are?

For me, and I know you disagree, I think our only real need is a clear backup striker with some experience who can come in a do a job in emergency situations and won't disrupt the flow of the team.

I definitely agree there is no way we should let Sturridge go without a guaranteed plan in place.

I don't care if he's a back up or not. I just want the best player possible that can come in, when called upon, and score.

Well said Randy. I would want to add a defensive mid if I were a Chelsea fan.

We already have Mikel, Romeu (I think he still exists), Meireles (I wish he didn't), and Frank is kinda playing that role now as well. Not to mention Essien.

Sure we could upgrade there probably but I wouldn't call it a "need".

You have no worries about someone as high profile as Cavani or Falcao coming in and disrupting the locker room?

No, again, Torres has had a good start, but I want competition for the spot. Even if Cavani(he's signed a new deal and not going anywhere.....reported not confirmed) or Falcao hurt Torres, they can score goals so it really doesn't matter. I guess I don't really care who scores the goals, just that they get scored.

Mikel is not very good. Raul is Raul and not really a defensive mid. I always liked Romeu but RDM doesn't want to play him. As for Essien, word is we are aiming to land him on a loan deal so I don't think he is in RDM's plans.
