Other gunners might hate me, but at this point I hope Clint plays very, very well against Arsenal, just to show Arsene that he should have pulled the trigger on the Dempsey move.

It has nothing to do with him being American, a proven epl goal scorer for 5 mil when we need goals and we were in a unique position to obtain him due to him wanting CL football, but instead he went to a rival?

Whether it was Dempsey we needed to sign is debatable. The bigger problem is we aren't signing anyone this window.

This team needs some kind of spark. I know I'm a noob, but I'm having doubts this squad will be able to hold off Spurs if all Arsenal have offensively are Podolski and Giroud to make up for the RVP dropoff.
