Contemplating on making the 6 hour drive from Columbus to see them. I know they won't be back until 2018 probably.

I'll be in Cambridge the week of Sep 17. Of course it's in between Liverpool home games. FML. Going to try to get away tickets to Chelsea. If not, my last hope for seeing a Liverpool match in 2016 is the League Cup 3rd round. It is possible I could attend a Liverpool home match in League Cup, and fly back home the next day. We shall see.

I would take all the money you would spend driving, hotel, etc. and wager it on a game. Then if it wins wager it all again and repeat as needed. You're 2-3 wins away from watching @ Anfield.

fricking hardball. I like it!!! It's good to be on this side of the table for once.

And it's Palace! Palace, who will no longer employ Dwight fricking Gale.

Thank god the nightmare is over. I wonder if this is what Norwich fans felt like when Suarez left

How do we feel about Balo being quoted as saying "I haven't always given my best, but it's important for me that I still have time to do that."?

Not an exact quote, but close enough. Apparently that was upon his return to Anfield for training and meeting with the managing staff.

I mean it's pretty obvious to me he hasn't always given his best. Not just in a Liverpool shirt, but throughout his career he's coasted.

It's good that he says something and he's self aware, but him going out and doing something about it is another thing.

That said, I think it's a moot point because I think there's 0% chance he's still a Liverpool player at the start of the season.

I am in line with that. I do think that if he somehow stayed AND flipped a switch, we'd be near unstoppable on the attack

Part of me really wants to see him put it all together, because he has the physical and technical ability to be one of thenworld's best strikers...

I have big doubts that he'll do that and even bigger doubts that Klopp will keep him around..

If he somehow makes through the summer and is still here, give him a shot...

In his defense, I don't think he got a real fair shake under BR.. It was obvious BR did not want him in the first place... That said, I'm sure he did himself no favors at Melwood...
