How so? My son plays BRSC black in GSPL and Midsouth leagues, how would the red kids get that level of competition? Playing midnight madness isn’t going to prepare you for regional play. I’m just saying the blacks should be getting better faster than the reds, simply based off competition level.
Obviously there are late bloomers and kids that just put it together later,

Every top team has bottom players.
Every second team has top players.
Every year those top players on non-top teams should have a chance to move up and trust me the top players on the top teams want to get rid of some of the bottom ones as second team top players are given a shot.

Understood. They should constantly move players....bring the best reds along to tougher matches.
Does the red center mid want to play left back on the black team? Hard to imagine jumping up to your position unless someone leaves.
