More match-fixing in Italy

Without naming the clubs or people, the Italian football federation (FIGC) announced Tuesday that 22 clubs and 61 people will be informed Wednesday that they are under investigation and will have to answer to sports authorities over a match-fixing and betting scandal.
Of the 61 people, 52 are active players, two are non-active, four are club officials or collaborators and three are coaches.
The FIGC also said that 33 matches are under investigation, including 29 in Serie B, although none in Serie A.
More than 30 people have been arrested in Italy in the past year in the probe started by judicial authorities in Cremona, including former Atalanta captain Cristiano Doni and former Lazio captain Giuseppe Signori.
The FIGC inquiry will likely lead to a massive sports trial this summer — just like the one in 2006 that resulted in Juventus being relegated to Serie B and point-penalties for several other top clubs. Juventus was also stripped of the 2005 and 2006 titles.

I expect Italy to do pretty well at the Euros now. See Totonero 1980 and the scandal in 2006.

This may well get them into CL next year as Lazio, Napoli and Udinese all could end up facing sanctions.
This could be much more far reaching that the previous scandal and most people think it's ultimately tied to gambling syndicates outside Italy and involving other leagues.

Juventus as a club isn't implicated at all. However fans should be concerned that some of their top players are implicated prior to playing for Juve and may face bans.
Though, if this is as big as it seems, a lot of clubs may be losing a player or two due to the severe 1 year suspension rule for any player that is propositioned and doesn't blow the whistle

Unless more comes out (which is possible as this thing is really ballooning as more people cut deals), Napoli, from what I understand out of the swirling chaos of misinformation, is at risk of getting some point deductions but also missing Europe next year.
Again, this is all allegation so far and nothing has gone to any kind of trial but that's what they may be facing if the current allegations are true.
That in itself may still sway some transfers though.
