Im assuming USC has cash lots for their game right? Couldnt someone just park there? Seems like this means "no dedicated parking".

Why the hell are they doing dodger stadium for park and ride? That’s on the other side of downtown. I envision this being a nightmare

Yes, USC does have lots but USC is not opening them up until 1:30 in the afternoon (half hour after the start of the MLS cup).
"EXPO Park and campus parking lots open at 1:30pm"
