The new time wasting and stoppage time rules are stupid and contradictory. So refs are going to yellow card anyone that takes longer than 10-15 seconds to put the ball in play, but then add 9 minutes of stoppage? Where is that 9 minutes coming from? Don’t think there has been much injury time in this Fulham/Arsenal match. Also going to have a lot of 10v11 matches due to soft reds with the time wasting yellows.
I appreciate the effort to curb time wasting, just not sure I like the implementation so far.

The amount of shithousery in normal added time is bad enough. Now you double the amount of time you get more shithousery and 10 added minutes turns to 15

3 second half goals. A penalty with lots of time wasting. 3 VAR checks. Fulham defender down in the box for quite a while.
Definitely enough for 5 in regular rules. This new format I guess it makes it double.
